Managing Attorney
With over 30 years of experience as a licensed attorney and C.P.A., Eric specializes in the areas of international taxation, immigration, wealth preservation, residential real estate, and business law. Eric is uniquely skilled in providing both individuals and small businesses with comprehensive legal and tax planning to maximize business and investment opportunities and preserve family wealth.
He has extensive experience serving as tax advisor to prominent family-owned and closely held businesses. Often representing clients as the key negotiator in complex transactions, Eric specializes in creating cost and tax-effective business structures. He also assists clients in their immigration matters, estate planning, and business operations. His service to clients includes acting as part of a “think tank” in dealing with legal, economic and family issues.
Eric is a licensed attorney in the District of Columbia and the State of New York.

Legal Assistant
Chris Cheng
Chris is a legal assistant with experience in a variety of areas of immigration law, including EB-1A, H-1B, TN Visa, Green card application for spouses, removal of conditions, travel document applications, and naturalization. He has also assisted in business litigation matters, contract drafting and review, and application for 501(c)(3) status.
Chris received his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 2016. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego in 2012.

Michelle Cheng
Michelle is a copy writer with editorial, technical and copywriting experience in the fashion and legal services industries. Partnering with our attorneys and supporting staff, she creates compelling, concise and persuasive copies and materials, as well as researches, writes and edits content for a broad range of external and internal communication vehicles.
Michelle holds a B.A. degree with dual major in English Language and Literature, and Linguistics, as well as minor in Media, Culture, and Communication, from New York University.

Emily’s practice focuses on tax, estate planning, structuring, and asset protection. She has over 12 years of focused experience with clients from the entertainment, real estate, and healthcare industries. Emily frequently speaks and publishes on matters involving tax, executive compensation planning and business, especially for the entertainment industry with state, national and international bar associations and attorney groups.
Emily is Vice Chair of the International Committee of the Tax Section of the California Lawyers Association. In 2014-2015, Emily was the Chair of the Florida Bar’s Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Section (EASL). Furthermore, as EASL’s Legislative Chair of over 7 years, Emily actively promoted production tax incentives.
Emily holds an LL.M. in Tax from Boston University, an LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami, as well as a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University. Emily is a licensed attorney in the States of California, Florida, and Louisiana.
