[BREAKING NEWS] ICE and DHS Rescind Policy on International Students
On July 14, 2020, the government agreed to rescind ICE and DHS previous rules barring international students attending a full online course load from staying in the U.S., per a hearing in Harvard and MIT’s lawsuit against the agencies.
ICE will revert to the guidelines issued on March 9, 2020 to ensure that international students are able to continue to make normal progress in a full course of study as required by federal regulations.
